I am an investor with 7 houses. For years I struggled. I was at a negative $32.59/month before going into this program. Within 2 weeks I paid off a second mortgage of $24K. That took me to a positive cash flow of $299.00/month. Within 2 months I paid a lump sum on another house of $7k. Positive cash flow now of $427.22. (with the same amount of income I had before) So, you see where this is going?!! Within less than a year I paid off another second mortgage of $30K and did another lump sum on yet another house of $7K. I now am at a positive cash flow of $1841.00/month just by getting knowledge and learning new things. Knowledge is power.

In this life, a lot of people would argue that mediocrity is acceptable. Fortunately, I am not one of those people. Last night, I met with coach Diane to go over our financial situation. I found Diane to be extremely competent and helpful. Prior to last night, my wife and I were starting to get a little anxious and frustrated about our financial situation. After participating in three coaching events, we felt it was time to implement a plan of action. We are both looking forward to working with her in the future.
